BOOKING
Getting started is simple! Once you’ve decided on your workshop or Open Studio format, you can easily book your spot through our online system or by contacting me directly. For workshops, no prior experience is required, so feel free to join in and explore your creativity. For Open Studio access, you’ll choose your preferred schedule based on availability. Once booked, you’ll receive all the details you need, including what to bring (like clay) and studio guidelines. You’re all set to begin your creative journey!

CREATING
During your session, you’ll dive into the creative world of ceramics in a supportive and inspiring environment. Whether you’re exploring handbuilding techniques in a workshop, painting ceramics, or working independently in the Open Studio, you’ll have the freedom to focus on your personal projects. I’ll be on-site to offer guidance, answer questions, and support you throughout the process, ensuring you have everything you need to bring your ideas to life at your own pace.

PICKUP
After the workshop or your Open Studio sessions, your pieces will go through two essential stages: bisque firing and glaze firing. This process typically takes 2–3 weeks. I’ll handle all the firing and glazing to bring your creations to life. Once ready, you’ll be notified, and your pieces will be available for pickup at the studio. If you need your pieces shipped, just let me know—shipping is available at the buyer’s expense, with an additional €5 packaging fee. Finished pieces will be stored for up to 3 months, so you have plenty of time to come by and collect them.

Welcome to TOCA!
TOCA means “den” or “burrow” in Portuguese — a place where animals seek shelter and safety. For me, ceramics became exactly that: a refuge, a safe space. My studio is built on that feeling, offering a welcoming space where you can create, explore, and simply be.
Working with clay was a transformative experience for me - connecting with such a special, natural material filled my days with creative energy and a deep sense of calm.
Now, I can’t wait to share that feeling with you!
