TOCA Handmade Ceramics reserves the right to modify or cancel workshops or services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If such changes occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

2. Booking Process

Once you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your workshop, including the date, time, and location. Payment for the service must be completed at the time of booking to secure your spot.

3. Pricing and Payment

 

The prices for workshops are listed on our website and are in Euros and exempt from VAT. Payment can be made through the available methods on our site, which may include credit cards, PayPal, or other methods offered by Wix payments.

 

All payments must be processed before attending the workshop. If payment is not received, the booking may be canceled.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

    •    Cancellations: You may not cancel your booking and receive a refund once the booking is confirmed. As per our policy, refunds are not available after the booking is made.

    •    Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your workshop, you may do so by contacting us at least 3 days before the original workshop date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and any additional fees (if applicable) may apply depending on the new date selected.

    •    If you do not notify us within the 3-day period, or if you fail to attend the workshop without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a rescheduled session or a refund.

5. Workshop Changes and Cancellations

 

In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, low enrollment, etc.), you will be notified, and you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

6. Participant Responsibilities

 

By attending a workshop, you agree to follow all guidelines and instructions provided by TOCA Handmade Ceramics for your safety and the safety of others. Participants are expected to respect the studio environment and adhere to any rules established by our staff.

 

You are also responsible for ensuring that any personal information provided is accurate and complete. TOCA Handmade Ceramics is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
