Refund Policy at TOCA handmade ceramics

 

At TOCA Handmade Ceramics, we strive to provide a great experience for all our clients. Please note that refunds are not available for any cancellations once a booking has been confirmed.

    •    Cancellations or no-shows: You may not cancel your booking and receive a refund once the booking is confirmed. As per our policy, refunds are not available after the booking is made.

    •    Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking up to 24H before your session directly on TOCA's website.
