Service Description
The Open Studio format is perfect for those who want to work independently and explore their own ceramic projects in a supportive, well-equipped environment. You’ll have access to the studio once a week, for a 3h session, during designated hours, giving you the freedom to create at your own pace. What’s included: Shelf space for you to manage and store your pieces. One bisque firing and one glaze firing. Clay is not included, but you can purchase white clay at TOCA for 10€ per 10kg pack. Access to tools, engobes and clear shiny transparent glaze. Extra firings can be arranged at 15€ per two shelves of the kiln. I will personally glaze your work if you choose to use TOCA’s clear shiny transparent glaze, and I will load and unload all kiln firings. Open studio students do not handle the kiln. If you wish to use any external materials (clay, glazes, engobes, etc.), please consult with me first to ensure they are compatible with my materials and kiln settings. While this is a more independent format, I will be on-site to answer any questions or offer guidance when needed.

Cancellation Policy
Open Studio Booking Policy General Notes 1. Booking in Advance: Open Studio sessions must be booked in advance through our websiteAvailability is limited, so we recommend reserving your spot early. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require 3 days’ notice to reschedule your session. Cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded or transferable. 3. Clay: All materials, except for clay, are included in the Open Studio booking. Clay can be purchased on-site or brought by you, as long as it meets the studio’s firing requirements (please check with us beforehand). 5. Firing: Your booking includes two firings: one bisque firing and one glaze firing for your work. Additional firings are available for an extra fee per additional firing. 6: If you are using a gift voucher for Open Studio sessions, the same cancellation, rescheduling, and expiration policies apply. Open Studio Terms • One session per week: Your package will be valid for one month from your first session. • Two sessions per week: Your package will also be valid for one month from your first session.
